In the unlikely event you do not feel that the merchandise you purchased is appropriate in your home, you may return the items for reselection, credit or refund. Items must be returned within 15 business days from the date the merchandise was delivered or picked up. Mattress sets must be returned within 3 days due to health department regulations.
To receive full credit, all returned merchandise must accompany the original sales receipt and must be in the same condition as when purchased, including any and all accessories and instructions. Merchandise that has been damaged in any way (including upholstered furniture that is subjected to cigarette smoke) either will not be accepted for return, or will be charged a restocking fee.
Delivery and Pickup
If your merchandise was delivered the original delivery fee is not refundable. If you reselect, you may be charged a second delivery fee.
Once Fabric Protection has been applied to your merchandise, the charges for this protection are not refundable.
Special Order Merchandise
Special order merchandise that we do not normally stock will be assessed a 25% restocking charge in the event it is returned.
Hot Buys and Recently Reduced
Hot Buy and Recently Reduced merchandise is sold as-is, and all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of Hot Buy and Recently Reduced items.
